(JOHNSTOWN, Pa.) – Today the 1889 Foundation and the United Way of the Laurel Highlands (UWLH) announced a challenge grant that will provide up to $500,000 in 1889 Foundation funds to increase the reach and impact of the United Way’s Community Impact grants.“The 1889 Foundation is a strong believer of the positive impact being made by our
